Personalised Items

All our products are personalised and made to your specifications. Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you do not have the right to cancel your order or return personalised items unless they are faulty or do not match their description.

This is because personalised items cannot be resold and are made specifically for you.

Faulty Items or Items Not as Described

If your item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description provided, you have the right to a refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report any issues. We will investigate and, if the item is faulty or not as described, we will provide a full refund including original postage costs.

To return a faulty item, please contact us at support@commonprints.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.

Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund (due to a faulty item or item not as described), we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or confirming the issue.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
